Mary McCarthy will come with her best of
list of books to read. She’ll have
great ideas for Christmas/Hanukkah presents. Remember, this will be the first
Wednesday in December. Think
beautifully decorated Christmas tree,
Hubbard Park Lodge
and the roaring fire in the fireplace. Right
out of a Norman Rockwell scene. Feel
the Christmas and Hanukkah season and make it a point to attend.

– Mr. Paul Westrick – Columbia/St. Mary’s Vice President Come
tonight and hear what our neighbor to the south has to say about the
consolidation of two of
Milwaukee
’s finest hospitals. Mr. Paul
Westrick will explain what is to happen with the
Columbia
location. UW –
Milwaukee
has asked the Wisconsin Building Commission to earmark up to $56 million to
fund the purchase and renovation of
Columbia
Hospital
buildings. Will there be any
effect on Shorewood? What kind of
expansion will be necessary at St. Mary’s?

for ’07 to bring in not one but two new
members. Bob’s motto, “Ask him
to become an SMC member.” If you
don’t ask, “You’ll never know.”
We all agree with Bob. SMC is
a great group of men who want to do great things for Shorewood.
The new, improved, extra strength SMC Directory is soon to be delivered to
you. The wait will be worth it!

outstanding effort on Nov. 15th.
Through his work and that of his committee along with a great emcee, SMC
