Mardi Gras is back in 2006! Back after taking 2005 off, Mardi Gras planning committee promises bigger and better! Beads will fly, mask will be handed out and king cakes flown in from New Orleans!
The menu will include: Seafood Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Crawfish and Shrimp Creole, Chicken Jambalaya, Southern Fried Eggplant (the eggplant was to die for) and Baguettes and Cornbread. There will be King and Queen Cakes where the lucky members who find the tiny king and queen in their respective pieces will be the honorary “King and Queen” for the night.
